• SHARMIN BHAGWAGAR

    Sharmin has worked in the studio since 2021. She received a Master of Architecture from Yale University in 2019 and a Bachelor of Architecture from the Academy of Architecture in Mumbai in 2014. Prior to IN STUDIO, she worked at Thomas Phifer and Partners, where she was involved in cultural and public projects, including the design of the Wagner Park Pavilion for the South Battery Park Resiliency Project. Before her graduate studies, Sharmin worked at Talati & Partners in Mumbai, where she handled design and construction administration for multi-family residential towers. She received Yale School of Architecture's William Wirt Winchester Fellowship in 2019 and was nominated for the H.I. Feldman Prize in 2018 and 2019.

  • Mark Bollettieri

    Mark handles communications and business development for IN STUDIO. He is a writer, editorial designer, and strategist who has worked with architecture firms around the world to craft compelling stories about their work.

  • Martin Finio, FAIA

    Martin is the founder of IN STUDIO. A registered architect in New York since 1993, he has designed projects for universities, arts institutions, non-profits, public agencies, and private clients. His work has been recognized with awards including a National AIA Honor Award, several American Architecture Awards, and the 2014 Arts and Letters Award given by the American Academy of Arts and Letters. For his contributions to architecture and society, he was elevated to the College of Fellows of the American Institute of Architects in 2016. Martin is also Associate Dean and Senior Critic at Yale University School of Architecture. He is a graduate of the Irwin S. Chanin School of Architecture at The Cooper Union.

  • Michael Gasper

    Michael has worked in the studio for three years. In 2020, he received his Master of Architecture from Yale University, where he was co-editor of Retrospecta and issue co-editor of Paprika!. Prior to that, he received his Bachelor of Architecture from Ball State University, where he minored in historic preservation and was a member of the Honors College. Prior to joining IN STUDIO, Michael was a project manager at graphic design firm Pentagram.

  • NIDA CHESONIS LEE, RA

    Nida joined the studio in 2018. Prior, she was partner at Lee + Chesonis Design and worked at Nancy Mah Design, Omni Architects, and Frank Gehry Associates. She received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The University of Maryland in 1991 and a Master of Architecture from The Southern California Institute of Architecture in 1996. Nida is a registered architect in New York.

  • DOOSUNG SHIN

    Doosung is a designer and artist who joined the studio in 2023. He received his Master of Architecture from the Cooper Union in 2021, and previously, his Bachelor of Architecture with a minor in Fine Arts from Sejong University in Seoul. In addition to architecture and design, Doosung is also a filmmaker, photographer, sculptor and woodworker.

  • Yonas Tukuabo

    Yonas is at IN STUDIO as an intern during his studies in architecture at École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne in Switzerland. He previously was an intern at Kéré Architecture. Prior to studying architecture, Yonas received a degree in photography from the Centre D'enseignement Professionnel de Vevey in Switzerland.

  • Alison Zuccaro, RA

    Alison worked in the studio for over five years on cultural, institutional, and residential projects. She received a Masters of Architecture from Yale University in 2018. Prior to that, she received a Bachelor of Design in Architecture with a minor in Sustainability and the Built Environment from the University of Florida. Alison is a registered architect in New York and Florida.
